I don’t want to get to religious on you but sin is a product of good and evil.

It’s roots come from the differences between God and the Devil. Having said that is there a connection between addiction and sin?

The answer is yes, the reason is you had to start doing something first before it became an addiction or some other problem. Sin started the thought process which leads to further action.

Whether it be drugs, alcohol, gambling, anger, it never was an addiction from day one, it was a thought. This was a seed planted by sin, then it became a “lets try it” action and from there it grows, but it started with a sinful thought.

There are always exceptions such as a crack baby or a genetic problem from birth, but were not talking about that, were talking about the majority of problems that sprout from a thought.

When we allow these cycles to continue and it starts to make us sick, but we don’t know how to stop, this is the time that sin starts to turn into addictions or some physical illness.

In the beginning it can taste good, it feels good, it even seems right, but eventually the truth will come out. Make no mistake about it….

Sin Wants to Destroy YOU! That’s the ultimate goal of sin.

It’s not happy until it eats you up like cancer. We can use excuses like addictions, habits, flaws, but don’t be fooled. Behind almost every we have there is sin adding fuel to the fire.

I’m telling you, it’s not prejudice. Black, white, old, young, everyday it’s patiently awaiting for an opening. Once you open the door, ever so slightly, it will grind away at you day after day until it succeeds or you get to the point and decide No More Sin.

My friends, this is so important to understand that I will write and share at nausium for years to come. No matter what you believe, in fact sin hopes you don’t believe in it’s existence, this makes its job much easier.

The simple fact is in an instance you can decide No More Sin and sin disappears. This is your free will at work. Does this mean it’s gone forever? No, but you now have the understanding to resist it.

I understand it and everyday I still repent, I still get old thoughts, I’m still fighting with the guilt of my actions and I’m the one writing to you about this.

I repeat to myself hundreds of times a day, No More Sin.

Folks, it’s no different for me than it is for you, were all in this together, but I know if we expose sin for what it is we can Overcome It.

Just remember, sin can turn into an addiction, but it won’t stop until it destroys you, it’s good at its job.
