Don’t Be Angry With Sin

Are you really ready to change?

Maybe you like where your at, even though it’s causing a little pain. I know I did.

I know I didn’t want to change when I was accumulating Things, I’d sit back and look at what I Had, what was mine, it’s called vanity.

Looking back, the price for all of this was to high, but this sin called vanity blinded me to what was to follow. I didn’t become honest with myself until the pain was so deep that it hurt beyond words.

So, where are you in this cycle?

What does it take for you to accept that your allowing sin to control your life. The fact might be you like it, I did, even knowing the potential damage it might do in the future.

Sin is very clever, it has all the reasons for you to continue to do what your doing, then when the pain comes from your actions sin brings in guilt and asks “why did you do that, you knew better”. Did you ever hear of the Devils Advocate?

Sin is designed to feel good, taste good, forget about who might get hurt, greed is good, how do I look, Oh, sin is very good at its job.

Just be honest with yourself, if you know what your doing is wrong, but you think you can handle the consequences when the time comes, I’m here to tell you think again. Do you think sin will let you off so easily?

I woke up angry everyday, I looked at people with disgust, my outlook sucked, but I would watch the same news shows at night. I watched the same programs on T.V. night after night that affected me negatively. I knew the affects these things had on my life, but continued to dwell in them, this is a sin.

Read the about page, see what a price I’m paying for allowing this sin in my life.

If, just if you can break that cycle, even for just a minute, you have a chance to change directions before things get worse.

Unfortunately, a person reading these pages, in most cases, is already enduring a lot of pain and looking for answers. This is OK too, if that’s what it takes then we can work this out.

There’s and old saying “If you do the same thing over and over, why would you expect anything to change?”, but reality is we hope things will change without us having to change them. The fact is you have to make changes for your situation to change. The question is, when?
