We all want to live a better life, for sure. However, from the fact that man’s wants and desires are insatiable, it would seem that all of us would want to strive and work so much harder to be able to have a better, happier life. - Be Thankful. Look at what you currently have and be thankful for it. Sometimes we tend to chase a lot of things in life that we don’t even have time to take a look at what we already have. Be thankful of what you have now – abundance, good relationships, happy family – and you will realize there are a lot of things to be happy aside from what you desire to have.

- Treat others right. Making good relationships with the people around you is truly one rewarding thing that can make you feel better and happier. The more you feel negatively towards others, the more you make your life less happy.

- Love your work. One of the formula of living a better life is to love your work. Not all of us may have landed on our dream jobs but you can make your life better by trying to love your work. If you still don’t have the opportunities to land on your dream job, then work on loving your job. Cultivate a positive environment in the office and be a good officemate.

- Give time for your loved ones. Many people are chasing their dreams and goals in life that they end up losing quality time with their loved ones that may eventually end up losing relationships and breaking hearts. Enjoying your time together with your loved ones is indeed an important part of living a better life, and a happier one too.

- Do what you love doing. Enjoy your interests and passion. Living a good life is not just about pursuing your goals and dreams but also enjoying your talents, your skills, as well as the things you love doing. This is also a great way to relieve yourself from everyday stress.

- Smile. The simplest thing you can do to be happy and make your life a wonderful one is to start your day with a smile. Even if you don’t feel like it, just smile and you will see how it makes you feel like smiling throughout the day and making your day a lot lighter.

- Give. Living a better life is not just about you, your needs, your wants, attaining your goals and your dreams, but also sharing what you have to others. Giving is indeed a great gesture that can make you feel better and live better.

- Be positive. If there is one thing that you can always keep in mind to be able to live a wonderful life you always want to be, that would be staying positive in life. Positive thoughts lead to positive actions and beliefs. The many anxieties and the negative thoughts that we have deep in our subconscious greatly affect the quality of life we have. Thus, if you want to live a better life, be positive.
