Lonelyness Leads to Depression
February 17th, 2010 | Author: adminOne of the sad facts about lonelyness is it can lead to depression. Is one worse than the others? I guess if you were lonely and depressed you might say one is better than two.
One of the reasons we keep harping on sin is the fact that it’s at the core of all these problems. Sometimes it’s just better to say “lets not spend years trying to figure out how I got here, lets just put a face to sin and find out how to Sin No More”. If you accept the fact that sin is the culprit, then you can discover how to overcome it.
This might be hard to understand but it can help to help others. Even an hour here and there can do two things. First, you get your mind off yourself and Second, you connect with something other than your lonely thoughts.
Staying Connected
When your depressed, if you become withdrawn, there will be few others that will come to your rescue.
You will be lucky if a family member or a friend or two will attempt to help. The fact is they themselves are busy with their own issues, you’ll have to gather a little strength of your own to grab onto help.
If your reading this article you have started the search for answers, this is good. What sin wants is for you to think there are no answers for you, just continue to dwell in the thought of depression.
The battle from the beginning of time has always been in our minds. Lonelyness, depression, anxiety, fear, these emotions originate in thoughts, what we allow to penetrate us. I know, I’m putting some blame back on you, but this is imperative to understanding and helping yourself back to your feet.
