The Secret to Making it Through Tough Times

Everyone has tough times, what constitutes tough times is different for each of us.

For some it might be the loss of a loved one, others might have a financial burden and add to this list the various health problems many people face, there’s quite a few reasons we have tough times.

The Battle Starts In Your MIND

The secret to surviving tough times is in your mind.

It’s been this way forever, it starts with your thoughts. Problems, situations, they all start cooking in your mind first, then when it brews there for a while it spills over into emotions and actions.

Remember – Most people make their biggest mistakes during emotional situations.

The Second Secret?

To reveal the second secret you have to first answer this question – how precious do you consider life to be?

Lets look at a few things. We are surrounded by many things that can wipe us out in a matter of seconds. There are natural disasters, accidents, sickness, the point is life itself has a certain agenda and when we’re in the way well, it doesn’t really matter.

This may sound pretty pessimistic, but isn’t it true?

So, if whatever is creating HARD TIMES for you is this something you can control, or is it beyond your control? If the answer is the latter, then why worry?

Now the second secret DON’T TAKE LIFE SO SERIOUSLY.

I see people stressing out over things they can’t control and it doesn’t have any effect on the future. I know all of this sounds pretty heartless, but could it be that nature is telling us we’re not as precious as we might thing we are?

Enjoying Life For What It Is

I always thought life was to be enjoyed, I think man is the one that invented TOUGH TIMES.

Think about it – It’s always some human being telling you “Life is Tough” or “Work is Not Suppose to be Fun” it’s all geared at negativity which leads me to the root cause SIN.

Now, when I speak about sin I am talking about a negative force. We know the world naturally has positive and negative forces in it, but  as far as those things that affect us personally we give it a name, and that name is SIN.

Now, sin creates thoughts like fear. Fear removes the joy of life and replaces it with worries and tough times. The question you need to answer is, can you control this or is it out of your control?

The answer is easy, we allow thoughts to enter our mind, so we CAN CONTROL THOUGHTS.

Thoughts don’t handcuff you with a gun to your head, they come knocking and if you let them in it’s up to YOU.

Folks, it’s up to you to determine if you want to enjoy life more and reduce the effects of situations you can’t control.

Think of it this way – I can put the food on the table, but I can’t make you eat it. Sin works the same way, it puts the thoughts in your head, but it’s up to you to accept or reject them, and we all know what happens when you accept them – NO GOOD HAPPENS.
