With depression being such a big problem for people, there is now something called depression chat. If your intent on beating depression, then you must check this out.
This is not just a casual place to hang out, but it has a specific purpose.
Even though you know how I feel about sin and it’s role in these diseases, I feel it’s only right to review other options. You have choices.
Chat Objective
Whilst the primary objective is to connect people that have issues regarding depression and anxiety, these communities also warmly welcome others that may have health issues that are related to depression and anxiety.
For example: bipolar disorder, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder and so forth. In addition to this, they also actively encourage those that live with, or care for someone with depression and/or anxiety to partake in this community in order that they learn more about these health concerns. How They Work
These chat rooms are open twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. The intention of these depression chat rooms are to primarily provide a relaxed, supportive atmosphere in which to talk to others about depression, anxiety and other related health concerns.
Please note** these rooms are in no way intended as a replacement to any form of professional treatment. If you are in need of immediate assistance please call your local emergency services, or search in your area.
While these depression chat rooms have a laid back atmosphere, they ask that all visitors read the rules. These are generally acceptable to most rooms and the main consideration is to show respect, consideration and understanding to others at all times.
It’s good to read what others have gone through, it’s good to interact with people who have experienced what you are experiencing.
This is all part of the process to overcome depression. Don’t let sin tell you otherwise.
